PAY YOUR BILL

You can now make payments to your account online. If you receive monthly billing statements or have been mailed an invoice for services, you can now make payments online using our new portal. In order to properly process your online payment, you must provide the following information:

• Your name as shown on your billing statement or invoice
• Your client identification number (please note that this is different from the patient identification number which
also appears on the statement/invoice)
• Your pet’s name
• A valid contact number at which you can be reached.

If you would like to make a payment on someone’s behalf, you will still need to provide this information. If you have any questions regarding online payments, please call our office or email us at info@mahct.com.
