Lynn has been at Milford Animal Hospital for too many years to count (more than 30!). She is a lifelong Milford resident and resides in town with her husband Jim and their English Cream Golden Retriever, Jigs. When she is not walking and training Jigs, she is fishing in the Long Island Sound.


After moving to Milford in 1994, Janet joined MAH having worked in zoos, exotic animal hospitals, and companion animal facilities in FL and VA. With their youngest in college, Janet and her husband spend their free time training their dog for hunt tests, going to collegiate horse shows, and rediscovering old pastimes.


Betsey has been working as a veterinary technician since 1998 when she and her family moved back to New England after eight years living in Washington State. Presently sharing the family abode is Buzby, an American Eskimo rescue.


Starting in the fall of 2012, Miriam has been working as a veterinary technician since 2006, after graduating from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor's degree in veterinary technology. Her interests include horses, hockey, music, cooking, and the outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her 3 pets, a Puggle mix named Waffle, and two rescue kitties named Tim and Turtle.


Barb joined the MAH team in April of 2013. She received her Bachelors degree in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut and has been in the veterinary field since 2004. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors (hiking and running). She has two cats, Casey and Sookie.


Julie joined the MAH team in March of 2016. Originally from Texas, she attended Quinnipiac University where she played softball and graduated with a bachelor's degree in veterinary technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She has a handsome cat named Rocky that she rescued in 2014.


Heather is presently a student at UCONN with a major in Animal Science. She attended Trumbull’s Regional Biotechnology and Agriculture Center for high school, and while there, she spent most of her free time shadowing our doctors at MAH. She is now a Veterinary Assistant at MAH and plans on applying to veterinary school when she graduates in 2020.


Pam joined the MAH team in May 2017 after working in the veterinary field since 1999. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2004 with a bachelors degree in Veterinary Technology and became a Certified Veterinary Technician. She enjoys cooking, vacationing in the Caribbean and spending time with her husband Jarret and their crew of rescue pets: a dog named King and a happy trio of cats Tango, Lola and Junebug.


Peter joined the MAH team in July of 2017 and has been a veterinary technician for almost four years. He resides in Stratford with his wife Asheley, his cat Crackers, and two dogs Oswald Cobblepot and Pepper Pots. He loves super heroes (Marvel or DC) and has a vast collection of vintage action figures. In his free time, he enjoys sports cars and cooking and is a fan of all things Disney/Epcot and plans to get there every year.


Dana joined the MAH team in the summer of 2017. She is an undergraduate at Tufts University who is studying biology in the pursuit of a career as a veterinarian. At home, she enjoys the company of a cockatiel named Elvis.


Ana joined the MAH family in December 2015. She graduated from Jonathan Law in January 2016 and is planning on pursuing her career in the veterinary field. When she is not at MAH, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her 4 furry friends: Patches & Tucker (cats) and Speedy & Shaggy (dogs).


Emily started working at Milford Animal Hospital in September of 2017. She grew up in New Jersey, but came to Connecticut to earn her bachelor's degree in marine biology from the University of New Haven. She now lives in Milford with her fiancé, Brendan and their German Shepherd, Blitz. In her spare time she enjoys reading and being outside as much as possible.
