LYNN - TECHNICIAN MANAGER

Lynn has been at Milford Animal Hospital for too many years to count (more than 30!). She is a lifelong Milford resident and resides in town with her husband Jim and their English Cream Golden Retriever, Jigs. When she is not walking and training Jigs, she is fishing in the Long Island Sound.

JANET - TECHNICIAN MANAGER

After moving to Milford in 1994, Janet joined MAH having worked in zoos, exotic animal hospitals, and companion animal facilities in FL and VA. With their youngest in college, Janet and her husband spend their free time training their dog for hunt tests, going to collegiate horse shows, and rediscovering old pastimes.

AMY

Amy joined the MAH team in October of 2020 after being in the veterinary field for four years. She recently completed her Veterinary Assistant Certification course at Middlesex Community College. She has two cats named Ralph and Rudy. When she’s not working, she is usually playing video games or searching for new TV shows to watch.

HEATHER

Heather is presently a student at UCONN with a major in Animal Science. She attended Trumbull’s Regional Biotechnology and Agriculture Center for high school, and while there, she spent most of her free time shadowing our doctors at MAH. She is now a Veterinary Assistant at MAH and plans on applying to veterinary school when she graduates in 2020.

EMILY

Emily started working at Milford Animal Hospital in September of 2017. She grew up in New Jersey, but came to Connecticut to earn her bachelor's degree in marine biology from the University of New Haven. She now lives in Durham with her husband, Brendan, their German Shepherd Blitz, and her cat Binx. In her spare time she enjoys reading and hiking as a hobby, and enjoys being active, exercising, and traveling.

ASHLEY

Ashley started working at Milford Animal Hospital in January 2018. She graduated from Mount Ida College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2016. While at Mount Ida, she was a member of their student chapter of NAVTA (National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America). Prior to graduation, she completed (6) 130 hr. internships at small animal hospitals in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling to new places. She has an adorable Boxer mix rescue named Joy.

John started working at Milford Animal Hospital in April 2021. He grew up in Milford and has lived all over Southern CT. He graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelors degree in Biology. He has one cat named Tali. Outside of work he enjoys movies, tennis, snowboarding and playing his bass guitar.

Alex has been working at Milford Animal Hospital since November of 2022. In 2019 she graduated with an associate's degree from the Veterinary Technician Program at Middlesex Community College, and has been working in the field ever since. Alex lives in Middletown, CT with her 2 cats Maddox and Goose. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with friends outside of work!

VICTORIA

Victoria has been working at Milford Animal Hospital since May of 2022. Prior to that she has worked as a technician for 9 years and has gained so much experience. She is always willing to helping her fellow technicians when they have questions or want to learn how to do things, she is quick to care for an animal in an emergency, and is also our diabetic education liaison. Victoria has her kitty cat Tinky at home who loves to follow her around and sit on her softest blanket on the couch.

ADRIAN

Adrian began working at Milford Animal Hospital in July of 2023 and graduated from the Veterinary Technician Program at Middlesex Community College in 2019. He has been a technician for the past 5 years and enjoys connecting with pets during the exam and making sure they feel the most comfortable they can. Adrian looks forward to learning and sharing his experiences with other technicians.
